Booked an a double room with central heating, flat-screen television, and a fridge. The bathroom with a tub😃🙂

Personnel was very, very nice!

i got large and well presented room with the amenities as well as an excellent bathroom as advertised.

The property was upscale and wonderful, providing an enjoyable stay. the location was fantastic, with a railroad station conveniently close by. - We had a great time exploring the city center, which was not too far from the hotel.

I came here for 1 night and had a really comfortable stay. I was happy with hotel's incredible location close to station. Location: the property was really close to the city's major attractions, the old town, and Bergamo. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from a family-friendly museum.

The experience here was extremely comfortable; everything was perfect from on-site parking and clean, nice rooms to the incredible location within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Joys House Bed & Breakfast in Bergamo and our experience was truly exceptional. the room was sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable, making us feel like we were staying in an upscale hotel. the total darkness blinds were a big plus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We were impressed by the AC/heater that worked well, the comfy and spacious bed, and the large balcony where we could relax. the kitchen had a nice selection of items for breakfast, including a great coffee machine, water, brioches, juices, and yogurt. the historic center was just a 15-minute walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. When it was time to go to the airport, we simply walked to the nearby station and caught a bus. the owner was incredibly nice and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Bergamo for a few days. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with blackout blinds ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the historic center and many restaurants nearby. The owner was extremely kind and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The kitchen had a great selection of breakfast items, and the balcony was a nice touch. I will definitely return whenever I have a flight from Orio al Serio.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
